Face mask
Adding a facial mask to your skincare routine will not only make you feel pampered, especially while relaxing in the bath, but will also leave a lasting effect. Using a face mask can do wonders for your skin but when it comes to the different compositions, we look at the claims. First, as a general rule, it's best to avoid added fragrances (which are often listed as "perfume" on the ingredients label), as many can be irritating to certain skin types. Perfume has no skin care benefits, so what's the point? For example, if aloe vera is the first ingredient on the label of your soothing face mask, you know that it is very high in the mask's formula. If it's the last ingredient on the list, you know it contains a small amount of aloe vera. So pay attention to the most important ingredients and their whereabouts on the label of your face mask.
