What does my children's skin need to stay healthy?
Unless your child has a specific skin condition, their skin care routine can be fairly simple. For newborns, it is recommended to bathe them only with water for the first month. This is because their skin needs time to build a protective barrier.

For older babies and children, you can still keep it simple. Bathe them with products suitable for young, sensitive skin and let them dry afterwards. If you have dry skin, you can use moisturizers. Otherwise, the most important thing is to apply a good sunscreen when your child is outside when the sun is shining.

How often should I bathe my child?
You don't have to bathe your child every day. In fact, over-washing can dry out the skin and cause problems. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, children between the ages of six and 11 should bathe at least once or twice a week. They should also bathe after swimming or when they get dirty. If your child enjoys bathing every day, that's not a problem. But if you find it a little difficult or you don't always have time, it's okay if you wash them less regularly.
