Tampons

A tampon is a care product used to absorb your monthly flow by inserting it into the vaginal opening, where it comfortably conforms to the natural shape of your body to ensure maximum absorbency and reduced leakage. Use as either applicator tampons, including a cardboard or plastic applicator.

How do you insert a tampon?
To use your tampon, remove any outer packaging and insert the rounded end into the vaginal opening at a 45-degree angle. Push the tampon in as far as possible where it will be held by the walls of the vaginal canal. This leaves the string open, which you will later use to remove it. Make sure you have inserted the tampon as far as possible, as an under-inserted tampon can cause discomfort.

An applicator tampon can help with this as it can help you ensure that your tampon is inserted sufficiently. Applicator tampons are used the same as regular tampons, except you use an applicator to insert the tampon instead of your finger.
